New Rock Music: Noria

New rock band NoriaI don’t know if anyone else runs into this problem, but I often can’t sleep if it’s too quiet. Living in NYC this isn’t a problem anymore, but before when I lived in NOVA (northern Virginia) I was a borderline insomniac. I relied on bands like Deftones, Coldplay, and Incubus to put me to sleep. For all you insomniacs out there, here’s another great band that will lull you into a sweet, deep sleep: Noria.

Noria has the sweet melodies and comforting vocals that put your mind at ease. Their music clears your head and relaxes you in a way that no medication ever could. Noria pulls you into their calm world with their lullaby where nothing matters but their sweet song.

Noria released their EP, Anthers, last April. So turn off all the lights, get in bed, and have a listen to High Tide. Are your eyes feeling heavy yet?
